1. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that Nirmala Kumari Dubey has been appointed and the second petitioner Mahesh Kumar Sharma is yet to receive a letter of appointment.

2. Mr. Rabul Biswas, learned advocate for the DPSC, Howrah has assured this Court that Mahesh Kumar Sharma will be appointed as expeditiously as possible.

3. In the last line of paragraph 2 on first page of the order dated 27.08.2025, the expression "three" shall stand corrected to read as "five".

4. It is submitted that the DPSC, Howrah is awaiting vacancies to be created to accommodate the aforesaid five persons.

5. Since two applicants in the contempt application have already been dealt with by the DPSC, Howrah and Mr. Biswas's assurance that Mahesh Kumar Sharma shall be

accommodated very soon, CPAN 1010 of 2025 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
