Perused report submitted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly through the District Judge, Hooghly dated 16.04.2024 stated that G.R. Case No. 46 of 2010 arising out of Haripal Police Station Case No. 4/2010 dated 15.01.2010 was disposed of on 24.07.2015. The accused persons/the present petitioners namely Goutam Pandit, Baidyanath @ Budo Pandit and Sanatan Hazra were acquitted. Let the said report be kept on record. The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge Jangipara Police Station, Hooghly Rural Police District dated 28.03.2024 stated that the opposite party No. 2 i.e. Biswanath Malik has expired

on 31st October, 2019 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record. Under the above circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application and connected application i.e. CRAN 1/2011 (Old No. CRAN 2260 of 2011) have become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
