Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since November 26, 2018. He also submits that although prayer for bail was rejected on three previous occasions, taking into consideration the long detention of the petitioner and the fact that only one witness was examined, Court should consider the prayer for bail.

State is represented.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and considering the fact that on three previous occasions prayer for grant of bail was rejected and that there is hardly any change in the circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
