Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners frankly submits that possession of the property has already been parted with in application of the provisions available under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act.

It is also candidly submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that the transfer application filed by the petitioners has already been dismissed as not pressed.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the opposite parties that there lies nothing to be adjudicated in the instant case.

In view of the possession being parted with, there is hardly any scope for this Court to address anything. Though the mal-function of the Debt Recovery Tribunal is focussed by the learned advocate for the

petitioners, but the same cannot be addressed by this Court.

Petitioners, however, may approach to the appropriate authority to that effect.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
