1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The informant has alleged that after the death of her mother, all the brothers including the present petitioner who is stated to be a distant relative are alleged to have distributed Rs. 76 lakhs among themselves depriving the present petitioner.

3. The dispute in question is more civil in nature than criminal.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in Connection with Gaighata Police Station Case No. 532 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023 arising out of G.R. Case No. 1685 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
