Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Though petitioner is in custody for a protracted period of time, he had misused his liberty and was re-arrested on a number of times. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are apprehensive, if petitioner is released on bail, he may abscond. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the trial court to conclude the trial at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
