The petitioners pray for consideration of the representation submitted by them before the concerned authority for renewal of lease for holding pisciculture in the water body in question.

It is submitted on behalf of the State respondents that the representations have been submitted by the 1st and 2nd petitioners and be directed to be considered by the 4th respondent in accordance with law.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the 1st and 2nd petitioners before the concerned authority on 11th March, 2022 within two months from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioners in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 12803 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
