The instant revisional application is filed challenging an order of dismissal of an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act on the ground of default.
On 4th May, 2022 date was fixed for hearing of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. On that date
the petitioner did not take any step. Accordingly, the petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was dismissed for default. The said order dated 4th May, 2022 is not revisable. The petitioner is at liberty to file proper application for restoration with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act by setting aside the order of dismissal of the said application for default in the Court of Appeal.
In view of such circumstances, the instant revision is devoid of any merit and summarily dismissed.
