The petitioner claims that in obtaining the sanctioned plan, the land owned by him has been incorrectly shown as the property of respondent no.10, who is the petitioner's wife. The development agreement with respondent no.4 is with respondent no.10 alone. Additionally, the petitioner contends that his representation dated 19.02.2024 has not yet been considered by the Municipality.

I am not inclined to adjudicate the disputes raised by the petitioner. Instead, I dispose of this application by directing the Krishnanagar Municipality to consider the

complaint lodged by the petitioner on 19.02.2024, in accordance with the law, after providing an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner and respondent nos.5, 6, and 10. The entire process shall be completed within one month from the date of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 14281 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
