1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and suffering from various elements and due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner, he is facing difficulties.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal is pending.

3. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Accordingly, WPA 13388 of 2026 stands disposed of.
