The petitioner submits that her application for sanction of building plan initially submitted in the year 2018 followed by reminder in the year 2021 has not been considered.

It has been brought to the notice of the Court that presently applications for obtaining sanction are to be submitted online.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file online application for obtaining sanction for making construction.

In the event application for sanction of plan for making construction is made, the same shall be considered by the Kamarhati Municipality in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the application. The petitioner shall be communicated the fate of the said application immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
