JUDGMENT

1. The appellant/petitioner is aggrieved by the action initiated under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. The learned writ court, in our view, rightly dismissed the writ petition upholding that the 2002 Act provides for statutory alternate remedy.

2. Therefore, we find no ground to interfere with the said order.

3. No costs.
