Mr. Debasis Kar, Mr. Husen Mustafi ... For the Respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 7. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has approached this Court as he was aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities were not concluding the investigation of Howrah Police Station Case No. 211 of 2023.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigating agency concluded the investigation of the aforesaid case and submitted that charge-sheet was submitted on or about 30th May, 2024. Report to that extent has been submitted before this Court. Let the same be kept with the record. A copy of the said report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

In view of the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed has been subserved, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Learned Magistrate would proceed with the next stage of the proceedings considering that the

charge-sheet has been submitted on conclusion of investigation.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 14263 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
