The petitioner complains that representation filed by him before the Kamarhati Municipality in August 3, 2019 followed by reminder dated July 27, 2021 has not been considered.

In the absence of the respondents the issue cannot be decided conclusively.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Kamarhati Municipality to take steps to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on August 3, 2019 followed by reminder received in the office of the Kamarhati Municipality on July 27, 2021 strictly in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties.

Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
