It is further submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the child of the deceased housewife who has referred to the petitioner as 'aunty'. He has identified her during Test Identification Parade also. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the housewife, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
