The petitioner submitted one representation on 16th July, 2021 which appears from page 130 of the writ application. He submits that this representation relates to the order passed by this court on 9th July, 2021 in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -Vs.- The State of West Bengal & Ors.) but he has not been called for his hearing.

Dr. Patra, learned advocate appearing for the School Service Commission has submitted that the time has expired for hearing of such representation which was granted by the court. However, the Commission has filed an application for extension of time and at the same time the Commission has published a notice for

restarting the hearing of the representation from the next week.

In this view of the matter, I find that the petitioner's grievance will be redressed soon and I expect that the petitioner will be called for the hearing in connection with his representation dated 16th July, 2021.

With this hope and expectation, this writ application is disposed of.
