Vs Mondira Ghosh.

This is an old appeal of 2014. We find from the records that there is a report of the Stamp Reporter dated April 22, 2014, pointing out a defect in the appeal which was required to be corrected by the appellants.

We also find an order made by the Registrar Administration (L&OM) on December 8, 2022, directing the appellants to remove the defect. Nobody appears for the appellants. The defect has not been removed. Obviously, the appellants are not interested to proceed with this appeal.

F.M.A.T. 412 of 2014 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
