Prima facie, the report reflects that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions, although the records speak contrary. The petitioner was granted bail on 05.07.2022 and subsequently, he has furnished bond pursuant to the order dated 02.08.2022.

Having regard to the report of the Superintendent of Police, Krishnanagar Police District, the interim bail, earlier granted, is confirmed. However, the terms and conditions would remain unaltered till further order of this Court. The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 145 of 2022, is, thus, disposed of.
