...For the State RE: CAN/1/2023 The application is moved in presence of the Saikat learned counsel for the State, praying for recalling of order dated 24th January, 2023, by which the writ petition was dismissed for default.

The application has been preferred within time and considering the grounds as made out the application praying for recalling of the order dated 24th January, 2023 is allowed.

Order dated 24th January, 2024, is hereby recalled and WPA/12060/2019 is hereby restored accordingly to its own file and number.

CAN/1/2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.

Later:- The writ petition is taken up for hearing. By the instant writ petition the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents to release the

honorarium to which he is entitled from 1st July, 2003 till date.

It is further prayed that the respondents have not disposed of the petitioner's representation praying for the said dues till date.

It appears that by way of an opposition the State has denied the claim of the petitioner. Considering the materials on record and on hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.6, District Nodal Officer (as submitted by the learned counsel for the State) shall dispose of the representation dated 7th May, 2019, which was filed with the Block Development Officer, Raghunathganj-I, a copy of which may be filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.6, within fifteen days from the date of this order and the concerned authority shall dispose of the representation in accordance with law within sixty days from the date of filing a copy of the representation, as directed, on giving a proper hearing to all the stakeholders and the outcome of the said hearing on disposal of the representation, be informed to the petitioner.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
