This writ petition was filed on 15th May, 2015, that is more than seven years back and till date no step was taken and was not pursued by the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in the matter.

I am of the view that in course of this seven and half years this writ petition which is still at motion stage has become infructuous.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 11045 of 2015 is dismissed.
