1. Petitioners before us are the in-laws of the victim.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner no.3 is the married sister-in-law and was falsely implicated.

3. We gave our anxious consideration to the submission made on behalf of the petitioners.

4. Post-mortem report suggests that, there are homicidal cut marks albeit old on the body of the victim.

5. Post-mortem records that, the death was due to the effects of hanging ante-mortem in nature.

6. The injuries found on the body of the victim suggest that, she was subjected to physical torture.

7. Death occurred at the paternal home of the victim.

8. The existence of such injuries on the body of the victim does not prompt us to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

9. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
