His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioners expressed his anxiety in respect of the nature of progress in Joynagar PS Case No.635/14 under sections 498A/406 IPC.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the case was initiated in the year 2014 and till date evidence has not been progressed although summons were issued to CSW-1.

Having considered the prayer so advanced by the learned advocate of the petitioners, I direct that on and

from the next date, learned trial court would fix at least one date on each and every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties.

Learned public prosecutor conducting the case would produce the materials, exhibits and documents on the date so fixed for examination of the witness. It is further directed that all stakeholders would cooperate with the learned trial court so that the trial of the case can be completed at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2062 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
