This matter has come at the instance of the respondent no. 1 for correction of some typographical errors in the order dated 21st April, 2025.

It appears that in second sentence of paragraph 2 of the said order instead of "22nd August, 2001" it has been inadvertently typed as "22nd August, 2021".

It further appears that the first sentence of paragraph of the said order the word "respondents" shall be replaced by the words "the appellant and the State respondents".

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 21st April, 2025.

The server copy shall be corrected accordingly. 6.

The other portion of the order dated 21st April, 2025 shall remain unaltered.
