The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Statistics at Ramkrishna Mission Vidyapith, District-Purulia.

The petitioner is a resident of Durgapur, District-Paschim Bardhaman, he is praying general transfer to any school near to his residence on the ground that as the school is 125 kilometers away from his residence, he is unable to take care of his aged mother.

The ground is not convincing to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer. W.P.A. 13137 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
