Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the seizure was made from the possession of the petitioner no. 1. Police submitted charge sheet. Further detention of the petitioners is not required.

Learned advocate for the State draws attention of this Court to the case diary and the seizure list. He submits that commercial quantity was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the seizure list and the fact the commercial quantity was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
