1. Two applications for cancellation of bail are taken up for analogous hearing as they emanate out of the same police case.

2. Police case involved homicidal death.

3. Learned jurisdictional Court proceeded to consider the period of detention, materials on record and granted bail to the private opposite parties.

4. State and the private opposite parties are represented.

5. We perused the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code by the petitioner before us.

6. Such statement does not ascribe any active role to any of the private opposite parties excepting that there was a love relationship between certain persons.

7. Case is sought to be built up on circumstantial evidence. Such circumstantial evidence as against the private opposite parties may be considered at the trial.

8. Police filed charge sheet.

9. In such circumstances, we find no compelling reason to interfere with the orders of bail granted by the jurisdictional Court.

10. Consequently, CRM (DB) 1614 of 2024 and CRM (DB) 1632 of 2024 are dismissed accordingly.
