It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that his client's grievance has been substantially addressed by the respondents by reduction of the registration fees. A copy of the communication of the Railway Board reducing registration fees being a Circular dated 18th January, 2022 is kept with the record.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client does not wish to press this writ application any further.

It is submitted by the Counsel for the Railways that testing charges raised on the petitioner have also been waived. A communication dated 19th January, 2022 of the Railways is also kept with the record. In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further orders.
