2. We find from the order-sheet dated 09.11.2022 none was appeared for the petitioner as well as on 7th February, 2023.

3. Thus, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

4. In any event, this being a public interest writ petition we take on record the materials placed by the official respondents as regards the schemes which they have awarded for rehabilitation of the Beedi Workers.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
