The petitioner claims easement right in respect of the path adjoining the plots of land purchased by her and alleges that the Panchayat authority is constructing a road through the said path.

On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
