South Bengal State Transport Corporation & Anr. Due to inadvertence, some mistakes occurred in the order dated September 7, 2022.

In the third line of the third paragraph of the first page of the order, in the third line of the fourth paragraph of the first page of the order, in the thirteenth line of the fourth paragraph of the second page of the order and the third line of the seventh paragraph of the second page of the order, the word "learned District Judge, 3rd Court, Tamluk" shall be deleted and in its place "learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Tamluk" shall be inserted.

Let the same be treated as part of the order dated September 7, 2022. Rest of the order dated September 7, 2022 remains unaltered.
