By challenging order of transfer dated 27th November, 2020 and the posting order dated 8th March, 2021 the present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking nonbattalion/peace posting.

During pendency of the writ petition as it has been submitted by Mr. Lahiri, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner on instruction that the petitioner has been assigned a non-battalion/peace posting resulting redressal of the grievance which has been ventilated in this writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid situation nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and the same stands disposed of as not being pressed. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
