In this writ petition, the issue involves pertains to Value Added Tax and the appropriate forum for redressal of any grievance relating to the aforesaid Act is the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal and in view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid forum in accordance with law.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 13152 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
