Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the call detail records between the SIM in the name of the petitioner's wife that was seized from a co-accused and the petitioner's phone at the relevant point and a prior criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
