Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the principal accused is in custody and the petitioners were falsely implicated.

Learned counsel for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary including the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Of the victim girl.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the involvement of the petitioners, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the

conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 shall meet the Investigating Officer once a week and the petitioner nos. 2,4 and 5 will cooperate with the investigation.

The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, disposed of.
