CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (Via Video Conference) CO No. 2209 of 2018 (IA No : CAN 1/2019) (Old No : CAN 953/2019) Smt. Rina Show -versus- Uday Sankar Show This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking withdrawal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 282 of 2017 pending before the Court of the learned District Judge, Howrah and transfer of it to any court competent to try and dispose of the said suit under the judgeship of learned District Judge, Hooghly .

None appears on behalf of the petitioner as well as on behalf of the opposite party either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation has been sought for.

CO 2209 of 2018 and the connected application being IA No: CAN 1/2019 (Old No : CAN 953 of 2019), if pending, are dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending.
