1. The petitioner is not represented. However, Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has filed a report wherefrom it appears that the victim girl fled from home twice and recovered. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is also enclosed with the report.

2. In view of the recovery of the victim girl, we dispose of this application on the basis of the report filed on behalf of the State.
