It is found from the report submitted by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia stating, inter alia, that the appellant has already served the entire period of sentence and he has been released from Purulia District Correctional Home on 2nd February, 2018.

In view of such circumstances, the appellant does not want to proceed with the instant appeal. Accordingly, the appeal be dismissed as infructuous.
