Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the present revisional application was preferred against an order dated12.04.2012 passed in connection with M. P. Case No. S/1086 of 2012 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the time constraint, which has been statutorily provided, the nature of the proceedings which is the subject matter of challenge has become infructuous. Consequently, the present revisional application being CRR 1903 of 2012 is disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim orders, if any, be vacated.
