The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The orders passed on 20-07-2012 & 21.09.2012 do not reflect that any interim order was passed in connection with the proceedings pending before the court below. Having regard to the nature of the subject matter involved in a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the time period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that there is no substance in keeping the revisional application pending before this court. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1904 of 2012 is disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of.
