The name of the father of the petitioner Samir Das be corrected and be read as Late Nemai Das and the address be read as Village-Pancberia, P.O.-Demarihat, Dist. Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner is an accused in Tamluk Police Station Case No. 205 of 2010 dated 28.05.2010. If there are any corrections needed in any records, the same may be incorporated for the said purpose including that of the learned trial court or any other court in seisin of Tamluk Police Station Case No. 205 of 2010 dated 28.05.2010. With the aforesaid observations, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
