Learned Advocate for the petitioner says that the order in question has been complied with although belatedly. Approval has been granted for the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 14.02.2025.

In view of the aforesaid, I see no reason to keep this contempt application pending.

CPAN 605 of 2018 stands disposed of.

The petitioner says that the approval should have been with effect from 2017 when the order in question was passed. If the petitioner has any further grievance regarding enforcement of the aforesaid order, it would be open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
