The cause shown by the alleged contemnor in the affidavit is far from satisfactory. There is no explanation as to why and under what circumstances, learned Magistrate chose to violate the order of this Court. However, since the learned Magistrate has tendered unconditional apology and has undertaken to be more cautious so as not to make such mistake in future, this Court, while taking serious view of the matter, records word of caution to the learned Magistrate.

Learned Magistrate shall henceforth be extremely careful in dealing with orders of the superior Courts. Any dereliction on his part, in future, shall be dealt with sternly.

CRLCP 17 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
