Learned Advocate for the petitioners says that the order in question has been complied with although belatedly. Approval has been granted for the appointment of the petitioners with effect from 14.02.2025.

In view of the aforesaid, I see no reason to keep this contempt application pending.

CPAN 607 of 2018 stands disposed of.

The petitioners say that the approval should have been with effect from 2017 when the order in question was passed. If the petitioners have any further grievance regarding enforcement of the aforesaid order, it would be open to the petitioners to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
