Pursuant to the order dated August 8, 2024, Mr. Goutam Guha Roy, who has affirmed the affidavit, is present in Court. His personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

The petitioner employee is also present in Court. His presence is also noted and dispensed with.

By consent of the parties, WPA 14300 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the private respondent no. 6 to make payment of an aggregate amount of Rs,.1,46,258/- in four equal monthly installments commencing from August 23, 2024. The remaining installments are to be

paid on September 6, 2024, September 20, 2024 and October 4, 2024 respectively.

The petitioner agrees to handover post dated cheques to the Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent. It is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled to any further amount on any other account.

The orders dated August 2, 2024 and August 8, 2024 stands corrected to record that the State was represented by Mr. Vijay Agarwala, Advocate.

With the above directions, WPA 14300 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
