The petitioner challenged the continuance of proceedings arising out of Kaliganj Police Station Case No. 143 of 2012 dated 26.03.2012 under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, a report has been submitted before this court on 1st October, 2021 wherein it reflects that on conclusion of investigation, police authorities submitted chargesheet before the jurisdictional court.

The petitioner approached this court at a stage when the investigation of the case was in progress. As the

investigation has been subsequently concluded, I am of the view that there has been change of circumstances deterring this court from interfering at this stage.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to canvas the points agitated in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charge before the jurisdiction court. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1911 of 2012 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
