Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner complied with such conditions. The police filed charge sheet subsequently and, therefore, the requirement on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week should be waived.

Considering the fact that the police filed charge sheet subsequent to order dated September 15, 2021, we deem it appropriate to waive the condition requiring the petitioner to

meet the Investigating Officer once in a week as stipulated in the order dated September 15, 2021. All other conditions in the order dated September 15, 2021 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 in CRM 5816 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
