The petitioner approached the learned Executive Magistrate wherein directions were passed by the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah Sadar.

Mr. Yusuf, learned AGP, appears for the State and submits a report wherein it reflects that Bally Police Station did not receive any complaint and, it has been further ascertained that the landed property is situated within the jurisdiction of Shibpur P.S.

Be that as it may, since the

grievance of the petitioner relates to the incidents which are more than 15 months old, the petitioner as such would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional police station and the concerned police station would consider the representation and act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14302 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
