The revisional application was preferred in connection with M. P. Case No. 1111 of 2012 arising out of a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the time constraint, which has been provided in the provisions, I am of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous by lapse of time.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1914 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
