At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that after order was passed on 1st July, 2025 memo dated 18th November, 2024 issued by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purulia was communicated to the petitioner on 8th July, 2025. It is further submitted that memo dated 18th November, 2024 is not questioned in this writ petition and prayer is made to grant leave to the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh questioning said memo dated 18th November, 2024.

2. District Primary School Council, Purulia and State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

3. In consideration of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh questioning the memo dated 18th November, 2024.
