The revisional application was preferred challenging the chargesheet filed in connection with Beldanga Police Station Case 196 of 2009 dated 27-05-2009 under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code..

Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application, I am of the view that the same relate to question of facts and cannot be entertained at this stage. However, the petitioner did not rely upon any of the documents on which prosecution proposes to rely in order to prove its case under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

As such, no interference is called for by this court at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1917 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
